Sales Executive

• *Job description:**

We are looking for a confident and customer\-oriented Sales Executive to join our premium jewellery showroom in Ulubari, Guwahati. The candidate will be responsible for driving jewellery sales through excellent customer service and persuasive selling.

• *Job responsibilities:**

• Greet customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
• Present and demonstrate jewellery pieces with product knowledge and enthusiasm.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom revenue goals.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and provide suitable recommendations.
• Maintain showroom display standards and visual merchandising.
• Follow up with leads and walk\-in customers for conversions.
• Build long\-term relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
• Keep updated on product features, pricing, and market trends.
• Accurately record sales and customer data in the system.

• *Job requirements:**

• 0 to 3 years of experience in retail/luxury goods sales (Jewellery showroom experience preferred)
• Graduate in any discipline
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi \& Assamese
• Presentable personality with strong persuasion and closing skills
• Target\-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willingness to work on weekends and rotational shifts

• *Note:**

• Work timings: 10 am – 8\.30 pm everyday
• Weekly off can be availed between Tuesday to Friday only. No off on Saturday, Sunday \& Monday

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹12,000\.00 \- ₹15,000\.00 per month
