The ideal candidate should be confident on calls, customer\-friendly, and committed to achieving sales targets.
*Key Responsibilities1\. Telecalling \& Lead Management**
Handle inbound and outbound calls for dental enquiries.
Provide accurate information about treatments, pricing, and offers.
Convert enquiries into clinic visits, consultations, and treatment bookings.
Maintain a high volume of follow\-up calls to increase conversion rates.
*2\. Sales \& Conversion Support**
Understand customer needs and guide them to the right dental solution.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets.
Build strong rapport with potential clients to encourage bookings.
*3\. Coordination**
Coordinate with clinic doctors, front office team, and sales head regarding appointments.
Update CRM with lead status, follow\-ups, and customer notes.
Ensure smooth communication between the customer and the clinic team.
*4\. Customer Relationship Management**
Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction on every call.
Handle objections, provide solutions, and manage escalations politely.
Follow up with existing leads to bring them back for consultations/treatments.
