We are looking for a proactive and result\-driven Sales Executive to support our Training Division. The role primarily focuses on lead generation, client interaction, and sales conversion, along with basic digital marketing support to enhance program visibility and outreach.
*Key Responsibilities:**
Identify and generate leads through various channels including calls, references, and campaigns
Explain training programs to prospective candidates and convert inquiries into enrollments
Handle inbound and outbound sales communication (calls, WhatsApp, emails)
Follow up with leads and maintain a strong conversion pipeline
Support execution of marketing campaigns to generate quality leads
Assist in promoting training programs through social media platforms
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow\-ups, and conversions
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of candidates
*Requirements:**
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
0–2 years of experience in sales / business development (freshers with interest in sales can apply)
Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target\-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
