Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new corporate, travel agent, and institutional business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, government organizations, and event planners.
• Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, and property presentations.
• Achieve monthly and annual room revenue targets.
• Negotiate corporate rates and prepare business proposals.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and contract renewals.
• Coordinate with the Front Office and Reservations team to ensure smooth guest handling.
• Maintain an updated database of prospective and existing clients.
• Participate in networking events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and business opportunities.
• Prepare daily sales reports, weekly activity reports, and monthly business performance reports.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build long\-term business relationships.
• Promote all Nestlay Hotels properties whenever opportunities arise to maximize cross\-selling.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in hotel sales, corporate sales, or hospitality marketing.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in hospitality sales may also apply.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of the Bangalore corporate market.
• Ability to generate leads and close business opportunities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Positive attitude with strong customer relationship management skills.
• Two\-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred for local client visits.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
