Job Description
Patient Counseling \& Sales
- Explain available treatments, packages, pricing, offers, and EMI options.
- Understand patient concerns and recommend suitable treatment plans.
- Build trust and maintain professional communication.
- Convert consultations into paid treatment packages.
- Upsell and cross\-sell relevant services where appropriate.
Follow\-up Management
* Follow up with
- New inquiries
- Missed appointments
- Consultation patients who have not started treatment
- Existing patients due for additional sessions
- Lost leads and inactive patients
- Maintain structured follow\-up schedules in the CRM.
CRM Management
- Record every interaction, follow\-up, and patient status in the CRM.
- Update lead stages accurately.
- Ensure no lead remains unattended.
- Maintain complete and accurate patient records.
Revenue Generation
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Increase consultation\-to\-treatment conversion rates.
- Maximize package sales and treatment upgrades.
- Contribute to overall branch revenue growth.
Customer Experience
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the patient journey.
- Address patient queries promptly.
- Coordinate with doctors, reception, and operations to ensure a smooth patient experience.
- Handle complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
Reporting
* Submit daily reports including
- Leads received
- Calls made
- Appointments booked
- Consultations attended
- Treatments converted
- Revenue generated
- Pending follow\-ups
- Participate in daily sales review meetings.
Coordination
* Work closely with
- Clinic Managers
- Reception Team
- Doctors
- Marketing Team
- Call Center
- Ensure seamless coordination between marketing campaigns and clinic operations.
Pay: ₹240,000\.00 \- ₹360,000\.00 per year
