We are looking for a motivated and energetic **Sales Executive** to join our EdTech sales team. The ideal candidate should come with an **MPC background** (Maths, Physics, Chemistry) and have **0–2 years of experience** in sales or customer\-facing roles. Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for education are encouraged to apply.
- **Key Responsibilities**
- Visit schools, colleges, coaching centers, and other educational institutions to pitch EdTech solutions.
- Conduct product demos and presentations for decision\-makers (principals, management, teachers).
- Identify new sales opportunities through field visits, market research, and networking.
- Meet principals to promote learning programs and lab equipment and kits (if B2B).
- Generate leads, follow up regularly, and ensure timely conversions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build strong long\-term relationships with institutions and clients.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor products and pricing.
- Maintain records of visits, meetings, and sales activities in CRM.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and marketing teams for smooth execution.
- Attend promotional events, seminars, and school programs to boost brand visibility.
- *Required Skills \& Qualifications**
- Graduation with **MPC background** (B.Sc, B.Tech, Intermediate MPC, etc.).
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, counseling, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand academic needs and recommend solutions.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self\-driven, target\-oriented, and comfortable with fast\-paced environments.
- Basic knowledge of EdTech industry trends (preferred, not mandatory).
