Sales executive

• Identify and contact potential customers through cold calling, inquiries, and follow\-up leads.
• Present company products/services and explain benefits to customers.
• Handle client queries, provide accurate information, and guide them through the sales process.
• Maintain and update the customer database (CRM).
• Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets set by the management.
• Build and maintain strong, long\-term customer relationships.
• Coordinate with internal departments for booking, documentation, and customer support.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and submit to the Sales Manager.
• Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and on\-ground events.
