Job Description
- Handle temple and project enquiries from initiation to closure, including site visits and accurate measurements.
- Collect and document customer requirements, budgets, and timelines to prepare precise quotation requests.
- Present quotations, manage continuous follow\-ups, and drive lead conversion.
- Update CRM status, monitor pipeline progress, and report high\-value or stalled leads.
- Collaborate with Branch, Operations, and Accounts teams for delivery schedules and advance payments.
- Maintain accurate reporting, adhere to organizational discipline, and ensure customer relations align with the spiritual brand ethos.
- *Required Skills \& Competencies**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer\-first mindset.
Ability to manage **end\-to\-end sales cycles** including site visits and quotations.Proficiency in CRM tools and pipeline tracking.Negotiation and follow\-up skills to ensure lead closure.Discipline, accountability, and alignment with spiritual brand values.- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in project\-based or customer\-facing roles.
- Experience in handling quotations, site visits, and CRM systems is desirable.
Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
