Our Sales Executive position in Tathawade, Pune, involves generating and managing leads through calls, referrals, and online channels, while also assisting walk-in clients to understand their property needs. You will conduct site visits, deliver compelling property presentations, and skillfully handle negotiations and objections to close deals and meet monthly targets. Maintaining up-to-date CRM records and sales reports is required, along with coordinating with internal teams for seamless transaction processing. We welcome both freshers and experienced candidates; those with 2-5 years in real estate or direct sales, strong closing abilities, knowledge of the Pune market, and a personal two-wheeler will be preferred.
