Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented Sales Executive to drive investor acquisition and revenue growth for Fraction Realty. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, consulting with prospective investors, presenting investment opportunities, and converting prospects into long\-term investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, digital platforms, and networking activities.
- Understand investor requirements and recommend suitable real estate investment opportunities.
- Conduct presentations, virtual meetings, and site visits with prospective investors.
- Explain fractional ownership concepts, investment returns, and project benefits to clients.
- Follow up with prospects and build strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor offerings.
Required QualificationsEducation
- Graduate in any discipline
- MBA preferred
