We are looking for highly driven, ambitious, and result\-oriented **Real Estate Sales Professionals** who thrive in fast\-paced, target\-driven environments and possess a strong passion for closing deals.
This is not a conventional sales role — we are looking for professionals who understand customer psychology, can build relationships quickly, manage complex buying journeys, and consistently convert opportunities into revenue.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in real estate sales, possess strong negotiation skills, and be flexible with travel based on business requirements.
- Drive end\-to\-end sales activities from lead qualification to site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Build strong relationships with prospective buyers, investors, channel partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct property presentations, project walkthroughs, and personalized consultations for clients.
- Convert inbound and outbound leads into successful closures while maintaining high conversion ratios.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable investment opportunities.
- Coordinate with pre\-sales, marketing, and project teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Manage site visits, customer meetings, property showcases, and follow\-up activities efficiently.
- Generate referrals, repeat business, and long\-term customer relationships.
- Maintain CRM updates, sales pipelines, customer records, and forecasting reports.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, pricing movements, and customer behavior.
- *Required Experience \& Qualifications**
- Mandatory: Pure Real Estate Sales Experience
- Minimum 2\+ Years of Real Estate Sales Experience
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong experience handling residential, commercial, luxury, plotted developments, or investment\-focused sales.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, objection handling, and closing abilities.
- Ability to manage high\-value conversations and build trust with customers.
- Comfortable with frequent travel for site visits, client meetings, project launches, and business requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self\-driven, target\-oriented mindset with a strong ownership mentality.
