Sales Executive

• *About the Role**

We are looking for enthusiastic, confident and customer\-oriented Pre\-Sales / Sales Executives who can effectively engage with customers, understand their requirements and build positive relationships. The ideal candidates should have good communication skills, a willingness to learn and a genuine interest in sales.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and enquiries.
• Understand customer requirements and explain project details.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
• Schedule customer visits and coordinate site visits.
• Maintain lead details and update customer interactions in the CRM.
• Support the sales team in converting leads into customers.

• *Candidate Requirements**

• Must be fluent in Tamil with basic English communication and email\-writing skills.
• Should have a friendly, patient and customer\-oriented approach.
• Professional in conduct and communication.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different customer requirements.
• Experience in real estate sales, automobile showroom sales or hospitality will be an advantage.
• Local candidates from Coimbatore are preferred.
