Sr. Sales Executive

• *Salary:** ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month

• *About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced, result\-oriented and customer\-focused Senior Sales Executive to drive sales, manage prospective customers and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have proven sales experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to convert leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer enquiries and convert qualified leads into sales.
• Understand customer requirements and present suitable project offerings.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct client meetings and coordinate property/site visits.
• Negotiate with customers and assist in closing sales deals.
• Maintain accurate lead details, follow\-ups and sales updates in the CRM.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure effective lead management.
• Provide regular updates on sales progress and customer feedback to the management.

• *Candidate Requirements**

• 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
• Must be fluent in Tamil with good English communication and email\-writing skills.
• Strong customer handling, negotiation and convincing skills.
• Ability to independently manage leads and close sales.
• Target\-oriented with a proactive and result\-driven approach.
• Professional in conduct, communication and client handling.
• Experience in real estate, automobile showroom sales or hospitality will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
