transparent documentation and no commission fees on the platform. Leveraging smart
technology, the platform connects brokers with targeted matches, helping them find
better deals faster while fostering collaboration and trust within the real estate
ecosystem.
ReUnited is looking for a dynamic and result\-driven Sales Executive to drive member
acquisition and expand our broker network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
identifying and onboarding real estate brokers, building strong relationships, conducting
product presentations, and contributing to revenue growth.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about real estate, networking, and business
development, with strong communication and relationship\-building skills.
Identify, connect, and onboard real estate brokers and channel partners onto
the ReUnited platform
Generate leads through networking, references, field visits, and strategic
outreach
Present and explain the platform’s value proposition to prospective members
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and key stakeholdersConduct meetings, follow\-ups, and product demonstrations
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and conversions in CRM systems
Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and client support
Stay updated on market trends, broker requirements, and competitor activities
Represent ReUnited at industry events, networking forums, and
business meetings
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or real estate sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Existing network within the real estate industry is preferred
Ability to build trust and maintain long\-term professional relationships
Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, and proactive mindset
Comfortable with field sales and client\-facing interactions
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems is an advantage
Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
Work Location: In person
