We help organizations design, deploy, and manage secure and scalable technology environments.
We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, building customer relationships, and closing sales for IT Infrastructure and Networking Solutions.
The ideal candidate should be confident in client interactions, capable of understanding customer requirements, and passionate about achieving sales targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and field visits.
- Identify potential customers including Corporates, Manufacturing Units, Hospitals, Educational Institutions, Hotels, and Government Organizations.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand business and technology requirements.
- Promote company offerings
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial offers.
- Coordinate with technical teams for solution design and project discussions.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline.
- Develop long\-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship\-building abilities.
- Understanding of B2B sales processes.
- Ability to generate leads independently.
- Knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Networking, CCTV, or Cybersecurity solutions will be preferred.
- Comfortable with field sales and client meetings.
- Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, B.Tech, MBA preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, IT Sales, Networking Sales, CCTV Sales, Telecom Sales, or Technology Solutions Sales.
