• **Position:** Sales Executive
• **Location:** Kozhikode
• **Salary:** 25,000 to 35,000 CTC per month (based on experience)
• **Working Hours:** As required

• *Role Purpose**

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive who can build strong customer relationships, generate new business leads, and support overall sales growth in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for both maintaining existing clients and developing new opportunities.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *Customer Relationship Management**

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow\-ups
• Strong product knowledge and the ability to effectively communicate product features and applications to customers
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products

• *Lead Generation \& Sales**

• Identify and cultivate new leads in the assigned territory and beyond.
• Visit customers regularly and develop business opportunities
• Convert leads into sales and achieve targets

• *Field Sales Activities**

• Travel in the territory extensively to meet customers and potential customers / project heads
• Conduct product presentations and explain offerings clearly
• Expand customer base in the region

• *Sales Coordination \& Records**

• Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries and sales leads
• Track enquiries, follow\-ups \& order status
• Coordinate with internal teams for better customer experience

• *Payment Follow\-up**

• Ensure timely collection of payments within the credit period
• Follow up with customers for pending dues

• *Market Monitoring**

• Monitor competitors, market trends, and new products
• Provide feedback to management on market conditions

• *Skills Required**

• *Qualifications \& Experience**

• Minimum **1 year experience** in a similar sales role (preferably related field)
• **Bachelor’s degree** or equivalent.
