Sales Executives are the conductors of a company’s revenue engine. They create and nurture high\-performance sales teams, and lead them to generate hit revenue forecasts and meet customer needs.
The sales Executive / Coordinator is responsible for bringing in new customers to the company and converting them into regular monthly customers. They have to maintain the existing clients and act as the ‘Client Account Representative’ by being a bridge between the client's requirements and company services. They have to keep a record of all the sales that they have done and use CRM to do so.
· Market Working for new sales
· Upselling to the existing clients
· Coordinate with the Marketing and Design dept for the creation of any required content that can be useful for sales.
· To manage and build relationships with all new \& existing customers in Pune by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
· Generating sales revenue as per the mutually agreed goals.
· To understand the current market trends, and competitors’ moves, and devise strategies to create sales.
· Provide inputs on optimizing our product, so as to be grounded on the integrity of our products and services while creating sales.
· On\-time payment follows up with customers if required.
· Answering cold calls and lead calls.
· Attain walk\-in customers and discuss the technical queries/requirements.
· To understand the customer’s requirements and give them appropriate quotations considering the resource availability and technical competency of the Unit.
· To prepare the sales orders.
· To communicate technical upgradation or any new credential achieved by the company to customers
· Handling and closing customer complaints if any.
· Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
· Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
· Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibility and effectivity at all levels of the organization.
· Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to closure
· Strong business sense and industry expertise
· Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
