Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential customers, maintaining client relationships, and supporting business growth through field sales activities. This role requires frequent travel within assigned territories and offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about sales and customer engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation \& Field Sales
- Identify potential customers through field visits, networking, and market research.
- Generate new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Support the sales team in achieving revenue and business targets.
Client Communication \& Follow\-ups
- Communicate with clients through phone calls, emails, and in\-person meetings.
- Prepare and send professional business communications.
- Follow up on inquiries, leads, and sales opportunities.
Sales Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations.
- Maintain effective communication between clients and internal stakeholders.
Data Management \& Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Update CRM systems and sales tracking tools regularly.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and activity updates.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Address customer queries and provide timely support.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long\-term engagement.
Documentation \& Compliance
- Maintain proper documentation related to sales activities.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and sales processes.
Task Management
- Plan and prioritize daily activities effectively.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Escalate issues and delays when necessary.
Learning \& Development
- Stay updated on company products, services, and market trends.
- Participate in training programs and team meetings.
QualificationsEducational Qualification
- MBA (Sales \& Marketing) – Preferred
- Any Bachelor's Degree (UG) – Eligible to Apply
Other Requirements
- Two\-wheeler is mandatory.
- Valid driving license is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field sales activities.
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or related roles.
- Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
- Internship or project experience in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.
