VPADEL 360WORLDWIDE PRIVATE LIMITED is one of India’s emerging padel and pickleball brands focused on developing racket sports through premium venues, coaching programs, tournaments, community engagement, and sports equipment distribution across India.
We are expanding our equipment sales division and looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about sports and sales.
Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to support the growth of our Padel \& Pickleball equipment business across India. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a willingness to travel, and an interest in sports sales and business development.
Freshers with a strong interest in sports and sales are encouraged to apply.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales \& Business Development
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify and connect with potential dealers, academies, clubs, distributors, and retail partners.
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, calls, and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with coaches, players, and sports communities.
- Support expansion across B2B and B2C sales channels.
Market Development \& Promotions
- Assist in executing sales and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
- Support product demonstrations, tournaments, and sports activation events.
- Promote brand awareness through offline and digital initiatives.
Client Coordination \& Support
- Maintain regular follow\-ups with existing and potential customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery support.
- Ensure proper product display and merchandising at partner locations.
- Provide basic after\-sales assistance and customer support.
Reporting \& Team Collaboration
- Maintain daily and weekly sales reports.
- Update CRM and customer records accurately.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for campaign execution and lead management.
Required Qualifications \& Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- 2\-5 years of experience in sales, business development, retail sales, or customer\-facing roles.
- Freshers with strong communication and learning ability may apply.
- Interest in sports such as Padel, Pickleball, Tennis, or Badminton preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for meetings, events, and business development activities.
- Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, and eager to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of sports equipment or sporting goods industry.
- Basic understanding of retail sales and distributor management.
- Comfortable with MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting.
