Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result\-oriented Sales Executive to drive investor acquisition and revenue growth for Fraction Realty. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting investor consultations, presenting investment opportunities, and converting prospects into investors.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, digital platforms, and networking activities.
Understand customer investment requirements and recommend suitable real estate investment opportunities.
Conduct presentations, site visits, and virtual meetings with prospective investors.
Explain fractional ownership concepts, investment returns, and project benefits to clients.
Follow up with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding process.
Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor offerings.
Required Skills \& Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
1–4 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Financial Products Sales, Insurance, Investment Advisory, or B2B/B2C Sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of customer relationship management.
Ability to work in a target\-driven environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Experience in real estate or investment product sales.
Strong networking and client acquisition skills.
Self\-motivated with a passion for sales and business growth.
