Position
Purpose of the Role
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth across furniture projects, retail sales, and customized solutions by delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role requires building strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and effectively converting sales opportunities while upholding the brand's values and service standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement \& Sales
- Deliver a premium customer experience by engaging with walk\-in clients and understanding their requirements.
- Recommend suitable furniture, interior, and design solutions based on customer preferences and project needs.
- Generate and convert sales opportunities across retail, project, and customized furniture segments.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and product recommendations for prospective clients.
- Conduct regular follow\-ups to ensure timely conversion of leads into confirmed orders.
Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, interior designers, contractors, and channel partners.
- Build long\-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Represent the organization professionally during client meetings, presentations, site visits, and industry events.
Coordination \& Execution
- Collaborate with Design, Production, Operations, and Project teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of orders.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address customer concerns to ensure a seamless experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, sales activities, and project updates.
Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to expanding the customer base.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Support showroom merchandising and ensure product displays reflect brand standards and enhance customer engagement.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Lead\-to\-conversion ratio.
- Revenue generated from retail and project sales.
- Number of new customer relationships established.
- Customer retention and repeat business rate.
- Customer satisfaction and feedback scores.
- Average order value.
- Timely follow\-up and closure of sales opportunities.
- Accuracy and completeness of CRM and sales reporting.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications in Sales, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), or Business Development will be considered an added advantage.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in furniture sales, interior solutions, luxury retail, real estate, or related industries.
- Proven experience in customer relationship management and sales negotiations.
- Exposure to working with architects, interior designers, consultants, and high\-net\-worth clients will be preferred.
- Knowledge of furniture products, interior solutions, and design concepts is highly desirable.
Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹70,000\.00 per month
