We are hiring a Business Development Executive to help Zepfly grow through outbound outreach, lead generation, and client acquisition.
You’ll work directly with the founder and help connect businesses with Zepfly’s growth solutions.

Responsibilities
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, and outbound outreach
- Identify startups and businesses that need growth support
Schedule discovery calls with prospects
Follow up with leads and maintain pipeline trackingExplain Zepfly services clearly to potential clientsCoordinate with internal teams during onboardingMaintain CRM and outreach records- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Comfortable with sales conversations and outreach
- Self\-motivated and proactive
- Basic understanding of startups, marketing, or business growth
- Laptop and stable internet connection required
- Experience in sales, marketing, or lead generation
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach
