We are looking for an experienced **Senior Sales Executive** with a strong background in the jewellery industry to drive high\-value sales, build long\-term customer relationships, and contribute to the growth of the brand through exceptional customer service and sales excellence.
*Key Responsibilities**
Handle premium walk\-in customers and provide a personalized shopping experience
Drive sales of gold, diamond, bridal, and luxury jewellery collections
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
Achieve individual and store sales targets consistently
Guide customers on product selection, styling, and investment purchases
Generate repeat business through customer engagement and follow\-ups
Support inventory management, stock audits, and store operations
Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation standards are maintained
Assist in training and mentoring junior sales team members
*Requirements**
Minimum **5–8 years of experience** in jewellery retail sales (mandatory)
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and handling high\-value transactions
Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery
Professional appearance and customer\-centric approach
