We are hiring energetic and field\-oriented candidates for the role of Sales Field Executive in the Personal Loan – DSA Channel at Bajaj Finserv.
The candidate will be responsible for generating personal loan business through DSA partners, referral agents, and channel partners while maintaining strong customer and partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Source personal loan cases through DSA partners and referral networks.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
Handle the complete sales process from lead generation to loan disbursal.
Coordinate with customers for documentation and verification.
Ensure timely processing of loan applications.
Conduct regular field visits for business development.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales and marketing knowledge.
Basic computer and MS Excel skills.
Ability to work independently in the field.
Experience in NBFC, Banking, DSA, or Channel Sales is preferred.
