Sales Lead

• *About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced, result\-oriented and commercially driven Sales Manager to lead business development and revenue growth for a brand communication and marketing agency.

• *Key Responsibilities**

1\. Business Development Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to identify new business opportunities, expand the client base and achieve revenue targets.

2\. Lead Generation \& Client Acquisition: Identify prospective clients across corporate, government, hospitality, healthcare, education and other sectors, and convert opportunities into business.

3\. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior management, marketing heads, brand managers, government officials and key decision\-makers.

4\. Sales Pitching \& Presentations: Lead client meetings, understand business requirements and present customised solutions across PR, digital marketing, branding, advertising and integrated communications.

5\. Proposal \& Commercial Management: Oversee business proposals, presentations, quotations, budgets, negotiations, commercial terms and contract closures.

6\. Revenue Generation: Drive monthly and annual revenue targets through new retainership accounts, large\-scale projects, repeat business and strategic partnerships.

7\. Account Growth \& Retention: Nurture existing client relationships, identify upselling and cross\-selling opportunities and ensure long\-term business associations.

8\. Market Research \& Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities and emerging market opportunities to strengthen the organisation's business positioning.

9\. Team Management \& Coordination: Guide and mentor the business development team, allocate targets, monitor performance and coordinate with internal PR, creative, digital and operations teams.

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
