CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct structured video discovery calls with qualified prospects — guide them through ACS's programs, diagnose fit, and close enrolments
- Lead follow\-up calls and written follow\-ups at every stage of the pipeline until a decision is reached
- Handle price and value objections with clarity and genuine conviction — never with pressure or fabricated urgency
- Close enrolments into ARISE, AWAKE, AWAKE\+, TRANSCEND, and TRANSCEND\+ tiers
- Own the CRM end to end — all leads entered, tagged, and tracked with accuracy and zero leakage
- Manage and report the full sales funnel: lead source to discovery call to close, with weekly conversion data
- Track cash collections, EMI schedules, and payment follow\-ups; escalate overdue accounts promptly
- Maintain clean, up\-to\-date data for every prospect and member in the system
- *Workshop and Event Follow\-Up**
- Follow up with all workshop and masterclass attendees within 24 hours to address questions and guide next steps
- Convert warm workshop leads into discovery calls and enrolments
- Conduct support calls with existing members — address concerns, maintain engagement, and identify natural upgrade readiness
- Log all member touchpoints in the CRM; escalate any programme or experience issues to the appropriate team member
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Excellent spoken and written English — you communicate with a global, highly educated audience
- Demonstrated sales experience — any sector, any product, proven track record of sales
- Personally interested in consciousness, spirituality, or personal transformation — you believe in what you are selling
- Comfortable on video calls — professional presence, clear articulation, genuine warmth
- Organised and data\-driven — you maintain your pipeline with discipline, not just instinct
- High integrity — you will never use pressure tactics, false urgency, or exaggerated promises
- Experience in high\-ticket or coaching program sales
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho)
- Kannada \& Hindi fluency alongside English
COMPENSATION
A competitive fixed monthly salary will be offered commensurate with experience. In addition, a performance\-based commission structure will be applied on enrolments closed — rewarding consistent, high\-quality conversion work.
