1\. **Revenue \& Sales Growth**
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for spice products in B2B markets.
- Drive new client acquisition in food processing, hospitality, and retail sectors.
- Expand product penetration across existing accounts.
2\. **Client Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and institutional buyers.
- Ensure timely resolution of client queries and complaints.
- Conduct regular client meetings and product presentations.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and export markets.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence reports.
Promote new spice blends and product innovations to B2B clients.
4\. **Operational Excellence**
- Ensure accurate order processing, timely delivery, and payment collection.
- Maintain compliance with company SOPs and documentation standards.
- Submit weekly sales reports, pipeline updates, and client feedback.
5\. **Team \& Collaboration**
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality teams for smooth execution.
- Support marketing initiatives such as trade fairs, exhibitions, and sampling campaigns.
- Share best practices and mentor junior sales staff when required.
6\. **Quality \& Compliance**
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards and certifications (FSSAI, ISO, HACCP).
- Educate clients on product quality, storage, and usage guidelines.
