Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results\-driven Brand Manager for Ad Sales to lead our efforts in onboarding high\-value brands onto our digital screen advertising network. In this role, you will be the bridge between our premium digital inventory and the marketing objectives of regional and national brands.
Your primary mission is to expand our client portfolio by identifying key brand partners, crafting compelling advertising propositions, and managing the end\-to\-end sales cycle. You will act as a strategic consultant for brands, demonstrating how our digital screens can drive visibility, engagement, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Onboarding: Identify, pitch, and close advertising deals with regional and national brands across sectors (FMCG, Retail, Auto, Tech, etc.).
Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain long\-term relationships with Brand Managers and Media Buyers at the corporate level.
Media Solutioning: Create customized "Digital Out\-of\-Home" (DOOH) media plans that align with the specific campaign goals of a brand.
Revenue Growth: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive prospecting and account management.
Campaign Management: Coordinate with the creative and tech teams to ensure seamless ad deployment on digital screens.
Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to position our digital screens as a must\-have medium in the marketing mix.
Data Storytelling: Use audience metrics and footfall data to provide post\-campaign reports that prove value to the brand partners.
Requirements \& Qualifications
Experience: 4–10 years of proven experience in Ad Sales, Media Sales, or Brand Partnerships. Experience in DOOH, Digital Signage, or Television ad sales is highly preferred.
Network: A strong existing network of regional/national brands and advertising agencies.
Communication: Exceptional pitching, negotiation, and presentation skills (must be comfortable presenting to CMO\-level stakeholders).
Analytical Mindset: Ability to understand and explain reach, frequency, and impression\-based metrics.
Technical Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot) and a basic understanding of digital ad\-tech.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Mindset: A self\-starter who thrives in a fast\-paced, target\-driven environment.
