We are seeking an experienced and target\-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in the Building Materials industry, specifically AAC Blocks and Wall Panels. The ideal candidate should have established relationships with builders, architects, interior designers, contractors, and should be well\-versed in project sales, B2B sales, channel development, and key account management.
The role involves generating new business, managing key accounts, driving revenue growth, building long\-term relationships, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
· Identify new business opportunities in the real estate, infrastructure, and commercial project segments.
· Generate leads through builder networks, architects, interior designers, contractors, consultants, and project sales channels.
· Conduct market research to understand local construction trends and competitor activities.
· Drive sales for AAC blocks, wall panels, and other related building materials.
· Build strong relationships with builders, developers, EPC companies, PMCs, architects, contractors, and interior designers.
· Manage and track ongoing project pipelines from inquiry to order closure.
· Appoint and manage distributors/dealers where required.
· Support channel partners and ensure product availability and brand visibility.
· Maintain long\-term relationships with major accounts and drive repeat business.
· Understand customer requirements, propose solutions, and ensure timely product delivery.
· Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.
· Achieve sales targets through strategic planning and disciplined execution.
· Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and competitor analysis.
· Explain technical specifications, product benefits, and installation processes to clients.
· Conduct product demonstrations, site visits, and presentations.
· Coordinate with production, logistics, and dispatch teams for timely order execution.
· Resolve customer issues related to delivery, quality, and payments.
· Strong knowledge of building materials industry, especially AAC blocks, Power Tools, Fire Safety Product or wall panels.
· Excellent network with builders, architects, interior designers, contractors, consultants, and project sales.
· Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
· Ability to manage large accounts and high\-value project sales.
· Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge preferred.
· Target\-driven, self\-motivated, and result\-oriented.
Pay: ₹25,142\.19 \- ₹35,570\.99 per month
