We are looking for a dynamic and results\-driven Assistant Sales Manager to support the sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of sales experience, including relevant experience in a team\-handling or supervisory role, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets. The role requires strong leadership, customer relationship management, and the ability to support the team in achieving business objectives.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Support the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Lead, manage, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Drive customer acquisition and ensure achievement of monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across nearby regions.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
• Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion initiatives.
• Coordinate with marketing and other internal teams to achieve business goals.
• Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

• *Required Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 5–7 years of overall sales experience, preferably with experience in team handling.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast\-paced, target\-driven environment.
• Experience in Interiors, Real Estate, Furniture, Home Décor, or related industries will be an added advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000\.00 per month
