Simnovus is a deep\-tech company focused on **5G RAN validation and network emulation**. Our software\-based solutions, running on COTS hardware, are used by operators, OEMs, and defence/research labs to validate next\-generation wireless networks at scale.
This is a **field\-driven sales role** focused on building and expanding opportunities across **Defence and Government accounts**—including **Armed Forces, DRDO, DPSUs (e.g., BEL, HAL), and key government bodies**.
You will work on **account development, customer engagement, and supporting deal progression** in long\-cycle, strategic opportunities.
- Develop opportunities across defence and government accounts
- Engage with **DRDO, Armed Forces, DPSUs, and government stakeholders**
- Support **RFI/RFP/tender processes** (GeM, DPP frameworks, iDEX)
- Build relationships across **technical, user, and procurement teams**
- Drive **field engagement, prospecting, and account growth**
- Support pipeline management, forecasting, and deal progression
- Represent Simnovus at relevant industry events
- *What We’re Looking For**
- **3–6 years** in telecom / networking / RF / test \& measurement sales
- Exposure to **government or defence accounts** preferred
- Basic understanding of **4G/5G / wireless systems**
- Familiarity with **GeM / government procurement** is a plus
- B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical, or related field; MBA preferred
- Strong communication skills and willingness to travel
