Key Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual B2C sales targets.
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to ensure consistent performance and target achievement.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Possess strong knowledge of gym equipment products and the fitness industry across India.
Enhance customer satisfaction through excellent pre\-sales and post\-sales support.
Coordinate with Logistics and Customer Service teams to ensure timely delivery and successful order fulfillment.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
Identify operational bottlenecks, customer concerns, and inventory\-related issues and recommend solutions.
Work closely with the Marketing team on lead generation activities and promotional campaigns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and channel partners.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of Daily MIS, sales reports, and performance trackers.
Handle customer escalations professionally and maintain high service standards.
Train, mentor, and support team members to improve productivity and sales effectiveness.
