CK’s Ingredients Pvt. Ltd. is an ISO 22000:2018 and FSSAI\-certified manufacturer of food ingredients — preservatives, emulsifiers, flavours, and bakery improvers — trusted by distributors, bakeries, and food manufacturers across India for over a decade.
We are looking for an experienced and results\-driven Sales Manager with FMCG industry experience to lead our sales operations across Kerala. This is a senior leadership role where you will own the state’s revenue targets, lead a team of 10\+ Brand Development / QC Executives deployed district\-wise across Kerala, and drive business growth through strong distributor relationships and key account management. You will report directly to the GM and work in close coordination with the MD / CEO.
- Own and deliver Kerala’s monthly and quarterly sales targets across CK’s product range.
- Lead and manage a team of 10\+ Brand Development / QC Executives across all Kerala districts.
- Manage CK’s wholesale distributor network — strengthen existing partnerships and add new distributors.
- Build and maintain direct relationships with key bakery chains, food manufacturers, and institutional buyers.
- Develop and execute the state sales strategy in line with CK’s growth plans.
- Track competitor activity, monitor market trends, and share timely intelligence with the GM.
- Report sales performance, team activity, and demand forecasts directly to the GM.
- *WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- MBA in Business Administration or Graduate in Food Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of managerial B2B sales experience in food ingredients, FMCG, bakery supplies, or related industries.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets at a state or regional level.
- Experience in managing wholesale distributor networks — mandatory.
- Experience in leading a field sales / brand development / qc team — strongly preferred.
- Strong inter\-personal and influencing skills, with fluency in Malayalam and English communication. Knowledge of other languauges (spoken) is an added advantage.
- Willing to travel extensively across Kerala.
- Familiarity with FSSAI standards and food industry certifications is an advantage
