JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic and result\-oriented Sales Manager with 4 to 6
years of specialized experience in the B2B Aroma and Perfume market. The
successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by
identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and
promoting our portfolio of fragrance compounds and aroma chemicals to
industrial clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development: Identify and penetrate new market segments
including Personal Care, Home Care, Fine Fragrances, and Industrial
Applications.
Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing B2B
clients, ensuring high retention rates and upselling opportunities.
Technical Sales: Understand client scent profiles and technical
requirements to recommend appropriate fragrance solutions and aroma
ingredients.
Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of olfactory trends, competitor
activities, and regulatory changes (IFRA standards, etc.) within the
fragrance industry.
Aroma \& Fragrance Division (B2B)
Sales Lifecycle: Manage the end\-to\-end sales process from lead
generation and sampling to price negotiation, closing, and payment
collection.
Collaboration: Work closely with the R\&D and Fragrance Evaluation teams
to align product offerings with client briefs.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS \& SKILLS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering,
Business Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 4–6 years of proven B2B sales experience specifically within
the fragrance, perfume, or aroma chemical industry.
Olfactory Senses: A keen sense of smell and the ability to distinguish
between different fragrance notes and families is highly preferred.
Communication: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal
skills.
Analytical: Ability to analyse sales data, market trends, and forecast
revenue accurately.
Travel: Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and attend trade
fairs.
Pay: ₹500,000\.00 \- ₹90,000,000\.00 per year
