Position: Sales Executive

Industry: Real Estate / Property Development

Experience: 1–2 years preferred

Location: Navi Mumbai

Salary: 25 to 30 k

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and arrange site visits.
• Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
• Follow up with potential buyers and close property sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the pre\-sales, CRM, and closing teams.

Requirements

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of the real\-estate market.
• Customer\-focused and target\-driven attitude.
• Freshers with strong sales skills may also apply.
