Sales Manager-Housing Finance

We are hiring **Sales Managers – Home Loan \& LAP** for a leading **NBFC** organization.

• *Salary:** Up to ₹4 LPA
• *Location: Mumbai/Pune**
• *Experience:** 1\+ years in Home Loan / LAP / Loan Sales

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Generate leads through field activities, marketing and local market outreach
• Meet customers and recommend suitable Home Loan / LAP products
• Handle customer visits, branch walk\-ins, presentations and site promotions
• Achieve sales targets in terms of value and volume
• Manage the complete sales process including pre\- and post\-sanction activities
• Coordinate documentation and ensure smooth customer service
• Build strong customer relationships and resolve customer queries

• *Candidate Profile:**

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Loan / LAP / secured loan sales
• BFSI/NBFC experience preferred
• Strong communication, selling and persuasion skills
• Field sales and customer\-facing experience
• Knowledge of English, Hindi and regional language preferred
• Graduate in any discipline preferred
