Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result\-oriented **Sales Manager** to drive sales of **Prime Loan Against Property (LAP) products in Mumbai for a NBFC**. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in secured lending, customer acquisition, and handling high\-value LAP cases with a ticket size above ₹70 Lakhs.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Prime LAP products with a minimum ticket size of ₹70 Lakhs and above.
• Generate business through DSA, connectors, channel partners, and direct customer sourcing.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, DSAs, and other business associates.
• Identify potential customers and generate quality leads for Loan Against Property.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and login to sanction and disbursement.
• Assess customer requirements and coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth processing.
• Ensure achievement of monthly business targets while maintaining portfolio quality.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities to expand the customer base.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum **3 years of experience** in sales within the LAP or secured lending segment.
• Prior experience handling **Prime LAP cases with ticket sizes above ₹70 Lakhs**.
• Strong knowledge of LAP products, credit processes, property documentation, and customer profiles.
• Proven ability to generate business through DSA networks, connectors, and direct sourcing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship management, and team coordination skills.
• Strong focus on business growth, target achievement, and customer satisfaction.
