Job description:We are looking for energetic sales manager who can manage leads \& generate business by visiting to leads.Candidate should have good communication skills,pleasing personality \& sales zeal to convert leads into business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation \& Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential MSME clients
through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Product Demonstrations: Conduct online and in\-person demos of the Aqlob ERP
modules (Inventory, Procurement, Accounting, etc.) to show how they solve specific
business pain points.
Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the end\-to\-end sales cycle from initial contact
to closing the deal and ensuring proper documentation (Proforma Invoices, Service
Agreements).
Relationship Building: Work closely with internal teams and telecallers to follow up
on leads and maintain high conversion rates.
Market Feedback: Gather insights from prospects to help the development team
improve software features and user experience.
Requirements \& Qualifications
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, software, or IT
services.
o Strong understanding of business processes (Accounting, Inventory, or
Manufacturing workflows).
o Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
o Ability to explain technical concepts to non\-technical business owners.
Tools: Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools.
Mindset: A self\-starter who thrives in a fast\-paced startup environment and is
motivated by targets.

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
