### **Sales Manager — Institutional \& Hospitality Partnerships**
Own and build our B2B revenue pipeline from schools, colleges, corporate groups, and the hospitality sector for Aankhon Dekha — Madhya Pradesh's first immersive VR heritage experience centre. This is not a desk job. It's a relationship job, a hustle job, a purpose job.

#### **Key Responsibilities**
- Map, target, and approach schools (CBSE, ICSE, State Board) and colleges across Bhopal and nearby districts.
- Build lasting relationships with principals, management trustees, activity coordinators, and HR managers.
- Engage the hospitality sector — hotels, resorts, and travel desks — for group bookings and package tie\-ups.
- Craft compelling pitches connecting our VR experience to curriculum relevance, team outings, and guest experiences.
- Convert conversations into confirmed group bookings and long\-term institutional accounts.
- Design and execute outreach plans independently — you own the pipeline.
- Follow up with discipline until the first visit is done; stay connected to build annual relationships.
- Identify corporate, CSR\-linked, and institutional event opportunities.
- Represent Aankhon Dekha at education fairs, exhibitions, and community events.
- Report daily on outreach activities, pipeline status, and revenue generated.

Salary:Fixed Salary (Competitive) \+ Uncapped Performance Bonus
Type:Full\-Time#### **Qualifications \& Skills**
- 2–5 years in institutional sales, edtech, hospitality sales, educational field trips, or B2B products sold to schools and hotels.
- Proven track record in institutional, hospitality, or B2B education sales.
- Demonstrated ability to connect with school decision\-makers and hospitality professionals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Hindi and English.
- Self\-motivated, target\-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Based in Bhopal or genuinely committed to relocating.
- Passion for education, culture, and heritage is a strong advantage. Experience in experiential learning, edtech, hotel or travel sales, or cultural organisations will be given preference.
