As we expand our market footprint, we are looking for a dynamic, results\-driven **Sales Manager** to spearhead our growth in the Bitumen, Light Diesel Oil (LDO), Furnace Oil, and Fuel Oils segments.
Role Overview
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving B2B sales, securing new industrial clients, and managing relationships with existing buyers. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market share across manufacturing plants, infrastructure projects, and industrial units that rely heavily on bulk fuel and bitumen.
Key Responsibilities
- **Business Development:** Identify, pitch, and convert potential B2B clients (e.g., road contractors, manufacturing plants, infrastructure developers, and factories).
- **Product Portfolio Management:** Actively promote and sell our core product line: Bitumen, LDO, Furnace Oil, and various Fuel Oils.
- **Key Account Management:** Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long\-term retention.
- **Market Intelligence:** Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand fluctuations to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- **Payment \& Logistics Coordination:** Oversee timely payment collections and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth product delivery to clients.
What We Are Looking For
- **Industry Experience:** Proven track record of successful B2B sales specifically in **Bitumen, LDO, Furnace Oil, or Allied Petroleum/Chemical products**.
- **Network:** An existing network of contacts among road contractors, infrastructure companies, or industrial fuel consumers is a massive plus.
- **Negotiation Skills:** Strong communication, pitching, and price\-negotiation skills to close high\-volume bulk deals.
- **Travel Readiness:** Willingness to travel to industrial hubs and client sites as needed to close deals.
