About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results\-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, generating new business opportunities, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Conduct product presentations and sales meetings with clients.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of services.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
