The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities
Sales \& Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the cosmetic manufacturing sector.
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into long\-term clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and present product proposals, quotations, and pricing strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Manage client inquiries, concerns, and product\-related discussions professionally.
- Build and maintain strong, long\-term customer relationships.
- Provide regular updates on product development, production timelines, and dispatch schedules.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and projects.
Cross\-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate closely with R\&D, Production, Packaging, Procurement, and Quality teams to ensure timely execution of orders.
- Coordinate internal processes to meet client expectations and project deadlines.
Reporting \& Documentation
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS reports.
- Maintain accurate customer records, contracts, and communication history.
- Follow up on payments and outstanding receivables.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications \& Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 3\+ years of sales and business development experience, preferably in cosmetics, personal care, FMCG, or manufacturing industries.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship\-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and sales reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and achieve ambitious sales targets.
