Business Segments to Manage
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating revenue and achieving monthly sales targets across:
1\. Resort \& Accommodation
- Family vacations
- Staycations
- Group bookings
- Corporate retreats
- Weekend getaway packages
2\. Events \& Celebrations
- Destination weddings
- Engagements
- Birthdays and anniversaries
- Corporate events
- Team outings and gatherings
3\. Tourism \& Activities
- Day packages
- Water sports
- Group tours
- School and college trips
- Travel partner tie\-ups
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies across Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Andhra Pradesh.
- Generate leads and convert bookings for all business segments.
- Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, wedding planners, and tour operators.
- Conduct regular sales visits and business presentations.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts.
- Work closely with the marketing team to maximize lead generation.
- Represent the resort at trade shows, tourism events, and networking functions.
Candidate RequirementsEssential
3–7 years of experience in hospitality, resort, hotel, tourism, events, or corporate sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong network within Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and/or Andhra Pradesh.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel extensively.
Valid driving licence.
Proficiency in English and Malayalam.
Preferred
Experience in resort sales, destination weddings, tourism, or hospitality marketing.
Knowledge of Tamil and/or Telugu.
Existing relationships with travel agents, corporates, and event organizers.
