As a Sales Manager, you will define and set sales targets while monitoring team performance to ensure objectives are met. You are expected to devise innovative sales strategies aimed at increasing company revenue. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities is crucial, as is building and maintaining robust client relationships. Regular sales meetings and team coaching sessions will be conducted to mentor and improve team performance. Preparing comprehensive sales reports and forecasts, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, negotiating contracts, closing deals, and addressing customer concerns to guarantee satisfaction are all part of your duties. Coordination with marketing and other departments is essential to synergize efforts. You must ensure the achievement of both monthly and annual sales goals. Compensation includes a monthly salary ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹30,000, with additional benefits such as cell phone reimbursement. This position requires in-person presence at the work location.
