Job Description

  • *Responsible:**
  • Manage and convert inbound leads coming through website enquiries, referrals, and marketing campaigns
  • Proactively build your own pipeline through outreach, networking, and relationship\-building with potential clients
  • Run discovery calls to understand prospective clients' business needs and website goals
  • Prepare and present proposals and pricing tailored to each prospect
  • Negotiate scope and pricing, and close deals
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and deal status
  • Report on pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue targets
  • Work with the delivery team to ensure a smooth handoff from sale to project kickoff
  • Identify patterns in what's working (and not) in the sales process and suggest improvements
  • *Requirements:**
  • 2\-5 years of experience in a full\-cycle sales role, ideally at an agency, SaaS company, or B2B services business
  • Track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, comfortable talking to business owners and decision\-makers
  • Ability to manage a pipeline independently, from prospecting to close
  • Comfortable with both inbound lead conversion and self\-sourced outreach
  • Organized, with good follow\-up discipline
  • Genuine interest in websites, digital marketing, or the SMB space is a plus

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
