Sales Manager

• *Role Description:**

We are looking for a result\-oriented and customer\-focused Deputy Manager – Sales (Real Estate) to manage end\-to\-end sales activities at the site. The role involves handling walk\-in customers, attending leads generated through telecalling and marketing channels, conducting site visits, and converting prospects into bookings. The candidate will play a key role in achieving sales targets by ensuring effective follow\-ups, strong customer handling, and coordination with internal teams.

• *Qualifications:**

• Graduate / MBA in Marketing or relevant field
• 5–6 years of experience in real estate sales (site sales preferred)
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of real estate sales process and customer handling
• Ability to work in a target\-driven environment
• Proficiency in basic computer operations (Excel, CRM tools preferred)
• Strong follow\-up and closing skills

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Handle walk\-in customers and explain project details, pricing, and offers
• Conduct site visits and give effective project presentations
• Follow up on leads generated through telecalling, marketing, and references
• Convert leads into bookings and support the registration process
• Maintain proper records of leads, follow\-ups, and conversions
• Build strong relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals
• Coordinate with CRM, accounts, and other departments for smooth deal closure
• Ensure timely follow\-ups and high conversion ratio of assigned leads
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by management
• Stay updated with project details, inventory status, pricing, and offers
• Support senior management in closing high\-value deals when required
• Maintain professionalism and ensure excellent customer experience

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
