Job Description
Core Responsibilities
**Lead Generation \& Conversion:** Develop regional sales strategies, conduct cold outreach, and generate leads through channel partners, dealer networks, and direct networking.
**Site Evaluation:** Conduct physical site surveys to assess roof viability, structural integrity, shadow analysis, and electrical load requirements.
**Techno\-Commercial Proposals:** Analyze client electricity consumption patterns to calculate return on investment (ROI) and payback periods. Prepare detailed quotes, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), and project proposals.
**Team Leadership:** Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives and business development associates. Set KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide field\-level mentoring.
**Project \& Regulatory Coordination:** Align with internal engineering and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) teams for smooth installation. Coordinate with state DISCOMs and nodal agencies for net metering and subsidy approvals.
