Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result\-oriented Sales Manager / Tele Sales Manager with proven experience in the Real Estate sector. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong customer\-centric approach, and the ability to convert leads into successful sales closures.

Candidates from Real Estate, Luxury Residential, Plotted Developments, Villas, Vacation Homes, or Hospitality Real Estate backgrounds will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and lead generation activities.
• Qualify leads and schedule site visits for prospective clients.
• Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities to customers.
• Maintain regular follow\-ups with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and CRM.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with channel partners and direct clients for business generation.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
• Generate referrals and repeat business opportunities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Mandatory experience in Real Estate Sales or Tele Sales.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Ability to work in a target\-driven environment.
• Good understanding of CRM tools and sales processes.
• Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
• Graduation in any discipline preferred.

Important Note

Only candidates with prior Real Estate Sales / Tele Sales experience will be considered. Strong communication skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets are essential.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month

Work Location: In person
