Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background specifically in Real Estate Sales / Property Sales. The candidate must have hands\-on experience in the real estate industry, including property sales, channel partner management, broker networks, client acquisition, and deal closures.

Candidates from Banking Loan department , Insurance or High End Car Sales will be considered.

• *Key Responsibilities**

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Develop and manage channel partners of Real Estate Industry, brokers, and property consultants.

Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.

Conduct client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.

Expand the company's sales and channel partner network.

Manage and motivate the sales team.

Track sales pipeline, follow\-ups, bookings, and revenue.

• *Experience \& Qualifications**

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

MBA (Marketing/Sales) will be an added advantage.

• *Requirements**

3\+ years of relevant Real Estate Sales experience in and around Jalandhar City.

Strong experience in channel partner / broker network management.

Proven track record of achieving real estate sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

Residential, commercial, or industrial real estate experience preferred

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
