Business Sales manager
To Target and create value for the customer in panel industry, engineering companies, Railway and Telecom companies
Identify new market opportunities, industrial customers, and distribution networks (distributors/dealers) to expand the company's market footprint.
Develop and execute sales plans, including forecasting, pipeline management, and setting KPIs to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
Build long\-term relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), distributors, and key accounts, expanding the dealership network.
Preference from engineering background.
Excellent interpersonal skills for negotiating contracts with key stakeholders.
However loving the sales job would be our first priority.
Understanding of pneumatic systems, fastener applications, and industrial manufacturing processes.
